14-day request policy
You may request a Plus refund through your Gumroad receipt or purchase page within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. For product support, contact help@neogenesis.app with a purchase reference. Do not send card details or a full license key.
Processing
Refunds go through Gumroad to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on Gumroad and the payment provider; we do not promise an instant credit.
After a refund
A confirmed refund deactivates Plus. Free companionship and local saves remain. A no-charge Free version has no paid amount to refund.
