Terms of use
Product and license
Mischief Pet 0.5.0 is a desktop companion for Windows 10/11 x64. Free and Plus are selectable versions of one Gumroad listing. Free includes core companionship; one-time Plus adds Focus Buddy, reminders, Window Perch and supporter credit. You receive a non-exclusive personal-use license; resale or redistribution of the app, art or license keys is not permitted.
Trials and activation
Free includes 3 Focus Buddy sessions and 3 Window Perch uses. Plus needs a Gumroad purchase key and internet for initial verification. A previously active verification is not revoked merely by connection failure. Confirmed refund, cancellation or chargeback purchase status can deactivate Plus.
Seller and checkout
Neo Genesis, Seoul, Korea develops and supports the product. Gumroad is the merchant of record and handles payment, applicable sales tax and receipts. Launch price US$4.99; regular price US$6.99. The final checkout price, tax and currency govern. This is not a recurring subscription.
Safety and scope
No administrator privileges, forced startup, hidden processes, file actions or forced OS cursor movement. The current release is not code-signed and may trigger SmartScreen. Do not bypass an organization’s device policies. Identical behavior across every app, monitor setup, scale setting or security policy is not guaranteed.
Networking and saves
App networking is limited to license checks after key entry and explicitly consented anonymous statistics. Pet saves are local with no server backup. Export anything important for your own backup.
Refunds, rights and support
Request a refund via Gumroad within 14 days of purchase. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. No medical, health or productivity outcomes are guaranteed. Support: help@neogenesis.app. Effective: October 8, 2026.
